oh my goodness. this was my first time ordering and it was worth the wait. baked mac that was cheesy but not runny, smoky and slightly sweet brisket , and fresh chives. they forgot my sauce but honestly I barely needed it anyways. as a person that works at a barbecue place, this mess was top notch. First let me say this is the best food you will find on hardscrabble! The brisket melts in your mouth, the Macand cheese was perfect, the rice and gravy icould eat day! Complete 200/200! It's an experience! Best BBQ in Columbia! I am a foodie and have tried alof of places here and none have even come close. The cooks have a talent for this! Quality and quantity! I now know my new go to for BBQ!!
As always the food is delicious and fresh! The Smoked Brisket Loaded Spud is huge and can be shared. I always get extra sauces on the side, 7 Seconds (Spicy/Hot) & Sauce 2oz Bull's White Sauce 2oz are my favorites. Big Bull's Sandwich is one of my favorite items to get when we order from here and I will definitely order again!
